Alan de León

Alan de León is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director Comercial at Holcim since 2024. They have previously held various leadership roles, including Gerente Regional Canal Constructor at Organización Corona from 2017 to 2020 and Gerente de Ventas Construcción B2B at Distribuciones Globales S.A. in 2014. Alan's extensive experience in sales and operations includes positions as Jefe de Región Operaciones and Gerente de Ventas Constructores at Cementos Progreso between 2011 and 2014, and Jefe Operaciones at Progreso in 2009-2010. They earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala and a Postgrado Ejecutivo en Dirección de Empresas from UNIS Business School.
