Gilbert Roth

Gilbert Roth currently serves as the Global Technical Lead for Manufacturing Equipment, Production Services and Mining at Holcim since August 2018 and also holds the position of Head of Industrial Procurement. Prior to Holcim, Gilbert Roth worked with Lafarge Polska from June 2012 to July 2018 as Cement General Manager and Vice President of the Board. Gilbert Roth's experience at Lafarge includes roles such as Cement Industrial Performance VP from October 2010 to May 2012 and Industrial Director for Poland and Ukraine, where Gilbert held the Vice President title from May 2005 to October 2010. Additionally, Gilbert Roth was a Performance Manager for Poland and CIS and Project Director within Lafarge from 1999 to 2005. Earlier experience includes Project Director at Lafarge France, Project Manager in Industrial Automation at Davy Clecim, and Field Services Engineer at Spie batignolles. Gilbert Roth holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Centrale Lille, obtained in October 1986.
