Gregorie Soliven

Gregorie Soliven is a seasoned professional in operations management with extensive experience in the cement industry, currently serving as Shift Operations Manager at Holcim since January 2007. Responsibilities include overseeing Packhouse and Dispatch Operations as well as managing Crusher, Raw Mill, Kiln, Coal Plant, and Cement Grinding operations. Gregorie is skilled in people development through coaching and training initiatives and has successfully improved alternative fuel operations by analyzing performance, identifying root causes, and implementing effective action plans. Previous roles include Human Resources and Development Officer, where emphasis was placed on building a performance-oriented culture, and several engineering positions focused on maximizing operational efficiency. Gregorie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mapúa University and furthered education in Human Resources Management at Ateneo de Manila University.
