Igor Micic has extensive experience in maintenance and project management within the construction materials industry. Currently serving as Investments and Projects Manager at Holcim since July 2024, Igor previously held the role of Maintenance and Investments Manager at LafargeHolcim Europe from January 2020 to July 2024, and Mechanical Maintenance Manager from May 2014 to January 2020. Earlier in the career, Igor worked at Ravnaja Mali Zvornik between September 2003 and November 2010 in various managerial roles, including Methods Manager and Production Manager. Igor holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical Maintenance in Industry from the Technical Faculty Novi Sad, graduated in 2001.
