Joan Aman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and cement industries. Joan's career began at Hilti Indonesia as a Temporary Project Manager on the Tangguh Project, focusing on logistics, sales, and engineering. Following this, a role as Senior Application Consultant at Holcim Indonesia involved developing markets for special cement, including Oil Well Cement, in the Asia Pacific region. Joan continued to progress within Holcim, taking on roles such as Senior Key Account Manager and Bulk Cement Manager, where responsibilities included market expansion in the Oil and Gas sector and leading sales teams for bulk cement. Currently, Joan serves as the Aggregate Business Unit Head at PT. Solusi Bangun Beton, overseeing full P&L responsibility for the aggregate business across two quarries.
