Joy Okoli

Joy Okoli is currently the Area Manager (South East) at Lafarge Africa, where they provide marketing strategy and develop campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. Since 2013, they have served as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Lafarge, focusing on supervising the sales function and optimizing customer relationships. Prior to this, Joy held various roles at Atlas Cement Co. Ltd., including Purchasing Manager and Sales Manager, where they were responsible for purchasing strategies and customer management. Joy began their career as a Library/Information Assistant at the British Council in 1999.
