Léo CELLERIER

Léo Cellerier is currently the HR Leader for Corporate France at Holcim, overseeing HR activities across two sites in Paris and Lyon. With eight years of experience as an HR Manager in various matrix organizations and a proven track record in team management, Léo leads a team of nine HR professionals. Previously, Léo held positions at companies including SUEZ and Arkema, specializing in recruitment and labor relations in both Belgium and the Netherlands. Léo graduated with a Master's degree in Strategic Management of Human Resources from Université Paris Dauphine and also holds a Master's degree in Management & Human Resources from KEDGE Business School.
