Lionel Premkumar

Lionel Premkumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Lionel began their career as an Assistant Consultant at Pentafour Softwares and Exports Ltd in 1998, where they were responsible for design, coding, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support for custom-built applications. Lionel also handled system administration of IBM platforms.

In 1999, Lionel joined Wipro Technologies as a Delivery Manager, a position they held until 2008. During this time, they oversaw the delivery of projects and ensured client satisfaction.

In 2008, Lionel joined Holcim as Head - Program & Sourcing, where they successfully managed various programs and sourcing initiatives until 2012. Lionel then transitioned to the role of Head IT Sourcing & Supplier Management from January 2013 to July 2015, followed by Head IT Vendor Management from August 2015 onwards.

Overall, Lionel Premkumar has demonstrated their expertise in IT sourcing, vendor management, program management, delivery management, and software development throughout their career.

Lionel Premkumar attended St. Josephs BHSS from 1980 to 1990, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in a particular field of study. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Production at Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. Additionally, Lionel obtained certifications in different areas, including being a Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager from Compliance Education Institute, LLC in 2018, and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in July 2012.
