Marlene Miranda

Marlene Miranda is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition for LATAM at Holcim, where they oversee talent attraction across nine countries and develop strategies to enhance recruitment processes. They have over 15 years of experience in commercial and human resources roles, including serving as Executive Manager at GAPE Business Group and Managing Director at MIRANDA Headhunting. Marlene was also a key member in establishing leadership programs at Universidad Anáhuac. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Intercontinental.
