Mirela Matache

Mirela Matache is a dedicated IT leader, currently serving as the Head of IT Industrial Applications at LafargeHolcim, where they inspire teams to achieve organizational and operational excellence through innovative IT solutions. With experience managing IT Competency Centers for Maintenance and Quality Systems, Mirela has significantly reduced deployment costs and time while enhancing data usability across the organization. Prior to their current role, they held several leadership positions, including IT Director and Senior Manager, where they established impactful strategies and fostered collaboration between business and IT. Mirela is pursuing multiple educational qualifications, including a Master of Applied Sciences in Building Science and a certification in Computer Science from Concordia University.
