Mirko Weber

Mirko Weber has a diverse work experience in various roles in the engineering and event management fields. Mirko started their career at Expo.02 in 2001, where they worked in event management until 2002. Mirko then joined Holcim in 2003 as a Consulting Engineer and held this position until 2013. After that, they became a Senior Consulting Engineer until the end of 2015. From 2016 to 2019, Mirko worked as a Lead Engineer at Holcim, followed by being appointed Head of Process Innovation until 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Carbon Capture Technology at Holcim.

Mirko Weber attended ETH Zürich from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Chemieingenieur in 2001.
