Mukesh Gupta

Mukesh Gupta is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital transformation and product management. Currently serving as the Group HSE, Head Digital Product and Change Management at Holcim since July 2013, Mukesh has held various leadership roles, including AVP Digital Product and Technology and Digital Transformation Manager for Holcim Australia & New Zealand. Mukesh's expertise encompasses engaging with key stakeholders, overseeing project governance, and driving digital innovation, with notable projects including a Virtual Reality Marketing app that significantly boosted sales conversion. Prior experience includes serving as APAC Digital Practice Lead at LafargeHolcim IT Asia, where Mukesh led digital initiatives across multiple technologies, and as Practice Manager at Wipro Infotech, focusing on customer solutions and presales activities. Mukesh holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Bhavans.
