Phil Calder is an experienced operations manager with a career spanning over two decades in the construction and materials industry. Since October 2013, Phil has held various positions at Holcim, including Area Operations Manager for Lidcombe and Southern NSW, as well as Project Supply Manager and Nightshift Operations Manager. Prior to Holcim, Phil worked at Hy-Tec Concrete & Aggregates as Quarry/Area Operations Manager from May 2011 to June 2013, and earlier in their career, Phil spent nearly 15 years at SCE, serving as Resources Sales/Marketing Manager and Manager Resources - Southern.
