Rana Chammas

Rana Chammas currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Lebanon and Cyprus at Holcim since August 2023. Prior to this, Rana held the position of Human Resources Director at the American University of the Middle East from November 2022 to June 2023. Rana's extensive experience in human resources includes serving as Group Senior HR Manager for EMEA at Risk from February 2016 to March 2022, and as Human Capital Manager for the Middle East/GCC at ARABIA Insurance Company from September 2010 to January 2016. Other roles include Human Resources Manager at Medgulf Insurance and Human Resources Manager at Centre Hospitalier du Nord from July 1997 to January 2009. Rana holds an EMBA and an MBA from Lebanese American University, as well as a BA from the American University of Beirut.
