Ruby Bhullar-Ghuman

Ruby Bhullar-Ghuman is a Plant Manager at Lafarge Ready-Mix and has extensive experience in customer service and dispatch management. They served as a Customer Care Agent at Lafarge from 2015 to 2016 and held the position of Customer Service Leader at FortisBC from 2011 to 2015. Ruby worked as a Dispatcher for LafargeHolcim between 2016 and 2019 and later became the Dispatch Manager at Holcim from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Ruby is also an ICF Certified Coach and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management at Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
