Rupinder Phougat

Rupinder Phougat has over 25 years of experience in the cement and recycling industries, currently serving as Head of Performance at Geocycle, a position held since 2009. Previous roles at Holcim include Senior Co-processing Expert and Senior Consultant in Process. Rupinder's earlier experience encompasses positions at Fire and Rescue NSW as a firefighter, Cement Australia as Technical Manager for Process & Quality, Binani Cement as Assistant Manager in Process, and DLF Cement as a Process Engineer. Rupinder holds a Master of Business Administration from La Trobe University and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur.
