Sona Bodnarova

Sona Bodnarova has had a diverse range of work experience. Sona started their career as an Executive Assistant at Donauchem GmbH from December 2007 to January 2010. After that, they worked as a Receptionist at Aston Business Hotel *** Bratislava from August 2010 to January 2011. Sona then joined IBM as a Team Coordinator and Lead Financial Analyst from July 2011 to December 2013. Following that, they joined Holcim and held various roles including Senior Reporting and Consolidation Specialist, Team Lead Reporting, Operational Design & Implementation Analyst, Corporate Consolidation Analyst, Project Manager - Digital Transformation, and Global Hub Analytics - Corporate Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Hub Analytics and Reporting at Holcim, leading a team of around 35 people and overseeing a range of analytics and reporting activities.

Sona Bodnarova obtained a Master's degree in Management from the Faculty of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava from 2006 to 2011. Sona also studied Personal Management at Universidad de Oviedo in 2011, and Management and Finance at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa in 2010. In 2021 and 2022, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cyber Psychology in Online Communication at FHWien der WKW. Additionally, Sona has obtained the certification in "Communicating with Confidence" from LinkedIn in 2022.
