Stanislaw Sobczyk

Stanislaw Sobczyk is the Industrial Director and Director of the Kujawy Cement Plant at LafargeHolcim, where they manage plant operations and development. With over twenty years of experience in the industrial sector, Stanislaw has successfully implemented best available technology in various cement plants across Poland, the USA, Germany, Romania, Moldova, and Austria. They previously held positions, including Cement Plant Manager at Lafarge Cement Poland and Industrial Director at Lafarge South Africa. Stanislaw holds a Master’s degree from Swietokrzyski Technical University and a Bachelor's degree from Warsaw Economic School.
