Yonca Atac

Yonca Atac has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Yonca started their career as a Marketing Analyst at GE Turkey in 1985. Yonca then worked as a Marketing Specialist at Netas before moving on to Yapi Kredi Bank as an Account Executive in the Advertisement & PR Department. In 1991, Yonca joined NCR Corporation/Turkish operations as a Marketing Communications Manager. Yonca then joined Lafarge Turkey in 1995 as the VP of Corporate Communications, where they stayed until 2003. Yonca then moved to Lafarge SA, Paris, where they served as the VP of Branding Communications. In 2005, they joined Lafarge Cement Turkey as the VP of Human Resources & Communications. Yonca continued their career at Lafarge Ukraine from 2010 to 2013 as the Director of Organization & Human Resources & Communications. Finally, they joined Holcim in 2013 and held various roles, including VP of Communication - Health & Safety, Country Support, Network Skills & Development, and eventually became the Head of Global Health & Safety Capability Excellence.

Yonca Atac obtained a graduate degree in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University, from 1980 to 1985.
