Hold Your Horses offers equine-assisted and nature-based healing services on a peaceful 69-acre farm just 30 minutes from the Twin Cities.  We specialize in occupational therapy, mental health therapy, integrated co-therapy, and wellness and restoration workshops. Our team of clinicians, horse industry professionals, and exceptional equines meet the challenging daily demands of this work and offer a client centered and trauma responsive environment that helps people live more independent, joyful and meaningful lives.
