Núria Cot Requena is an experienced professional in customer success and administrative roles with a strong background in event management and client relations. Currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist at Holded since September 2022, Núria also founded Daebak! Barcelona in December 2021, focusing on organizing K-pop events and creating a community platform for fans in the region. Prior to these roles, Núria worked at Web4Commerce from January 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities included customer service, client interaction, and documentation management. Additionally, Núria gained significant administrative experience at Grupo Hostienda from 2009 to 2015, starting as an intern and subsequently taking on an administrative position, managing client engagement and documentation. Núria holds professional training in Administration and Secretarial, having completed programs at Institut Obert de Catalunya and IES Carles Vallbona.
