Billy Chen

Billy Chen is an experienced cybersecurity and information technology leader with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Group Vice President of Cyber Security at Reliance Worldwide Corporation since January 2012, Billy has successfully led a global team in developing and executing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, achieving a notable record of zero critical security incidents over the past two years. Previous roles include Group Director of Cyber Security, Information Technology Director, and Global IT Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT infrastructure and operations for multinational organizations. Prior experience at Maxxis International focused on overseeing North American IT operations, with significant technical contributions to SAP and related systems.
