OUR VISION:

Globally, disproportionate labor to capital practices for women, people of color, and LGBTQI communities have existed at the expense of personal and professional resources, and resulted in diminished economic, political, and social mobility.

HOLI. aims to enhance the lives of these communities by catering to five tiers of human need, falling into two categories: 
deficiency needs - those related to immediate feelings of physiological, safety, belongingness/love, and esteem - and growth needs - those leading, ultimately, to self-actualization.
