David Kovacs

David Kovacs has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. David is currently the VP Strategic Accounts at MCE Systems. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of HOLI since 2018. David also served as a Board Member on the Partner Advisory Board at Salesforce Commerce Cloud from 2016 to 2018.

Before that, they held the role of SVP Business Development at GPShopper from 2014 to 2018, where they developed award-winning mobile solutions for retailers. David also worked in business development at VeriFone's Global Bay division from 2012 to 2014, identifying partnerships and managing relationships with ISVs and resellers.

In their role at Avaya from 2009 to 2012, David was a Channel Sales Manager and later served as Sr. Manager, leading global business development initiatives. David played a key role in the acquisition and on-boarding of Avaya's $1.5B partner network. Prior to Avaya, David worked as a Managing Consultant at IBM from 2005 to 2009, where they sold and managed consulting projects, including organizational redesign efforts.

Before joining IBM, David worked as a Consultant at The Gallup Organization, focusing on strategic and tactical consulting related to employee and customer engagement. David also founded and served as the President of Synergy Staffing Solutions from 2000 to 2004.

David's earlier experience includes working as an Account Manager at Concepts in Staffing from 1997 to 1999, where they generated new business and managed accounts in IT staffing.
