Holic Group is a founder-led holding company that fuses capital, talent, and technology to build, launch, scale and invest in ventures across Latin America and the United States. We’re driven by a simple mandate: build bold businesses that create durable value for customers, employees, and investors alike.

Our portfolio is structured around six operating verticals. Media & Data, Food & Hospitality, AI & Software, Retail, Experiences and Investment & Venture.

We keep teams lean, measure everything, and expect every venture to reach positive cash flow within 24 months while demonstrating the ability to scale region-wide. Hype is ignored; data decides.

Headquartered in Miami, we maintain operating entities in Chile, Venezuela, Mexico, and select U.S. markets
