Merick Schoute

Merick Schoute is the co-founder and CEO of Holie’s, a B Corp certified brand established in 2018 to provide healthier cereal and bar alternatives while challenging the food industry. With a strong background in corporate law, Merick earned an LLM in Private Law - Corporate Law from the Universiteit van Amsterdam and an LLB in Dutch Law from the University of Groningen. Earlier in their career, they held various positions including Category Manager at Ahold Delhaize and student roles at Ebbinge & Company, Houthoff Buruma, and Stibbe.
