Holistic Health Code was founded in 2018 to evolve the way you think about healthcare. At hhc+, we say health isn’t an achievement, but an ongoing practice that takes time and consistent attention. We don’t define wellness by the absence of symptoms or disease, but as a state of whole (or “holistic”) wellbeing. When we treat the body and mind as one powerful operating system, we learn that the daily practice of nurturing ourselves has a direct impact on how we move through the world. Most people need some support sorting this out, and that’s where we come in.
