Guthrie Blechman

Guthrie Blechman is a dedicated writer, problem solver, and DEI advocate with a focus on amplifying diverse and marginalized voices. They earned an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Columbia College Chicago and a B.A. in Psychology from Arcadia University. Guthrie's professional experience includes roles as a Senior Case Manager at Community Hope, where they connected homeless veterans to essential resources, and as a Sensitivity Editor, analyzing manuscripts for LGBTQIA+ representation. They currently serve as a Senior Director of Client Services, providing data-driven insights on inclusive people practices.
