Holistree is a luxury wellness lifestyle brand and leadership design practice built exclusively for Black women.

Founded in 2016 by Rakita Lillard-Brown and celebrating ten years of holding sacred space - Holistree exists at the intersection of leadership development, nervous system regulation, and intentional living. We work with high-achieving Black women: CEOs, founders, executives, therapists, and decision-makers whose capacity has expanded faster than the systems designed to support them.

Our work is rooted in a simple and radical belief: Black women deserve lives that feel as good as they look from the outside. Not eventually. Not after the next milestone. Now.

We call this The Sweet Life Way™ - a philosophy of softness with standards, luxury as a practice, and restoration as a leadership strategy.

Holistree delivers this through:

Sweet Life Annual Retreats - immersive luxury experiences across the globe designed for deep restoration and recalibration
CEO Reset Retreats & Executive Experiences - high-touch leadership recalibration for women at the top
The Sweet Life Society - a year-round membership community for ongoing nourishment, rhythm, and sisterhood
Corporate Wellness & Leadership Engagements - custom experiences for organizations and executive teams
The Resourced Black Woman - Holistree’s signature thought leadership framework

Over the past decade Holistree has held more than 5,000 Black women across retreats on four continents.

The woman we serve has done the work. Carried the responsibility. Reached the milestones.
