Holld Studio, founded in late 2025 is a newly established lighting design consultancy working across high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

The studio is founded on over a decade of experience delivering designs within the ultra-high-net-worth residential and hospitality sectors. Environments where design intent, collaboration, and technical precision are critical.

Holld brings a creative yet grounded approach to lighting design. We develop considered concepts that respond to architecture, materials and human experience, and carry those ideas through into technically resolved, buildable solutions. This includes photometric modelling, detailed technical design, and clear coordination with the wider consultant team.

Alongside independent lighting design services, Holld can support the specification and supply of lighting equipment where appropriate, helping ensure continuity between design intent and delivered product.

We are specialists in the design and coordination of lighting control solutions, working with established platforms including Lutron, Crestron, and KNX.

A strong understanding of compliance underpins our work. Energy performance, building regulations, and best-practice standards are integrated into the design process from the outset, not an after thought.

We are collaborative, and detail-oriented and mould to project needs. We work closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and AV specialists to translate design thinking into clear documentation that performs on site.

Based in the UK, working internationally.
