Mark Downing

Mark Downing has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Global Engineering Manager for Process Development at Hollister Incorporated since May 2014. In this role, Mark oversees the commercialization process for new medical products, focusing on cost estimation, capacity planning, and equipment validation. Prior to this position, Mark worked as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Intermatic, leading mechanical design and regulatory approval processes, and as a Senior Project Engineer at ITW Fastex, managing product design for a range of industries. Mark began his career at Culligan as an R&D Engineer and intern. Mark holds a Master's degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University.
