Daan Kitschmann has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and customer success industries. In 2009, they began their career working as a part-time all-round employee for an event company. In 2013, they began working for Hilton as a Management Trainee in Operations. From 2014 to 2018, they worked their way up from Front Office Supervisor to Manager Waterfront Bar & Terrace at the Harbour Grand Kowloon. In 2019, they moved to Hilton Amsterdam as a Food and Beverage Manager. In 2020, they began working for TOPdesk as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager - Field Sales. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Holm Security, helping customers to minimize attack surface through next-gen vulnerability management.
Daan Kitschmann obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management from Hotelschool The Hague between 2008 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Zuyderzeecollege from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a VWO in Economics and Society. In addition, they have obtained certifications from IBM, Coursera, and Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner since 2020.
