Bob Hamilton

Bob Hamilton is an IT Director of Communication at Holman, where they focus on fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. With over 30 years of experience in the IT field, Bob has shifted their role to prioritize communication and team engagement. Previously, Bob served as the Manager of Quality at ARI from 2013 to 2022. Bob earned an MBA in Operations Management from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business in 1983. They are proud of Holman being recognized as a Computerworld "Top 100 Places to Work in IT" for six consecutive years.
