Erik Palm

Erik Palm is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President Finance at Holman since June 2023, Erik previously acted as a Strategic Advisor at Poudre Valley Capital, where responsibilities included strategic and financial analysis to guide investments. At UL, Erik held dual roles as Senior Vice President Finance and Vice President Corporate Finance, leading a large finance team and overseeing enterprise-wide financial planning. Prior positions include Vice President Finance at Roadrunner, where Erik supported top executives with strategic analysis, and Vice President - Finance at CSX, providing critical financial insights to the C-suite. Erik began a career in finance as an Economic Analyst at Kearney, following various roles at Pitney Bowes Management Services and Cosel USA. Erik holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Operations and Strategic Management from Boston College, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
