Jodi R. is a dynamic executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in business operations, acquisitions, finance, and accounting. Currently serving as Vice President of Retail Integration at Holman, they lead the integration of major automotive platforms and drive change management initiatives. Previously, Jodi held key roles including Operations Controller at Lithia Motors, where they implemented strategies resulting in significant financial improvements, and Corporate Controller for the Americas Region at JELD-WEN, where they streamlined financial processes across numerous facilities. Jodi is also pursuing a Master's degree in Taxation at Golden Gate University.
