Lia OPrandy

Lia OPrandy, PMP, MBAc, is a strategic and analytical operations leader currently serving as the Director of Corporate Procurement at Holman since 2025. They have previously held leadership roles in defense innovation and operations at Axle Box and BlueForce Inc., respectively. Their extensive experience includes over 14 years in the United States Marine Corps, where they progressed from Enlisted Marine to Military Officer. In addition to their corporate roles, Lia owns CTO Dog Training and is actively pursuing advanced education in project management and business administration from multiple institutions, including Georgetown University and Rutgers Business School.
