Moe Qamar is a technology leader with over two decades of experience in software engineering, specializing in supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Holman, they focus on optimizing supply chain applications and fostering engineering maturity. Previously, Moe held significant roles at C.H. Robinson, where they expanded a supply chain visibility application and achieved notable accolades, including the 2019 Tekne Award for Cognitive Computing. Moe's extensive background includes leadership in global teams, driving product innovation, and instilling agile practices to maximize technological value. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Sciences from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Saint Thomas.
