Michelle Carson has extensive experience in recruitment and consultancy, currently serving as Chairwoman and Chief Executive at Holmes Noble since 2005, a company founded by Michelle. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at MRINetwork from 1999 to 2004, including Director and Managing Consultant. Between 1994 and 1999, Michelle worked at Newman Technical Recruitment as General Manager and Senior Consultant, among other roles. Early in Michelle's career, a position as Media Researcher was held at Bauer Media from 1992 to 1994. Educationally, Michelle attended Bishop Walsh RC School and Sir Wilfrid Martineau, and obtained a Higher National Certificate in Business from Matthew Boulton College.
