Mike Pascoe

Mike Pascoe currently serves as Head of Operations at Holmes Noble, a firm specializing in executive search and talent solutions, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Mike was Head of Research at Oryx Executive Search from July 2018 to September 2022 and also held the position of Research Manager at miso portal for a year. Earlier in their career, Mike worked as Sales Manager at Field Dynamics Consultancy and occupied multiple roles at EMCAS, including National Account Manager and Sales Team Leader from February 2013 to June 2016. Mike holds a Master of Arts in Creative Writing and a BA in English Literature and Creative Writing from Aberystwyth University, as well as a foundational education from Torquay Boys' Grammar School.
