J. Aaron Redus, EIT, currently serves as a Structural Designer at Holmes US since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Oregon State University from September 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities involved quantifying fire behavior of cross-laminated timber (CLT) floor-to-wall connections and managing the construction of experimental specimens. As a Teaching Assistant, J. Aaron Redus supported lab modules and academic tutoring for undergraduate students in Steel Design. Prior tenure as a Staff Engineer at MULHERN+KULP STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING from July 2017 to August 2020 included designing and detailing mixed-use buildings, performing shop drawing reviews, and responding to RFIs.
