Henry Bacha

Henry Bacha, FCIM, is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in driving commercial and marketing strategies across start-ups and established companies in the Middle East and Europe. They served as Chief Commercial Officer at Abu Dhabi Finance from 2012 to 2021, where they led the company to become the number one mortgage provider in Abu Dhabi within two years. Currently, Henry holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Property Monitor and is a member of the Board of Directors for Holo. Henry's leadership has consistently focused on revenue growth, process efficiency, and customer advocacy, underscored by their background in strategy, marketing, and business development. They have an impressive educational foundation, including a Fellowship from The Chartered Institute of Marketing and an AMP from Harvard Business School.
