Marcus Phillips

Marcus Phillips is an accomplished technology executive with a diverse background in leadership and software engineering. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Deep Atlas since 2023 and an Advisor at Holochain since 2022, Marcus previously co-founded and held multiple key roles, including Chief Academic Officer and Chief Technology Officer, at Hack Reactor from 2012 to 2021. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Software Engineer at Twitter from April 2010 to August 2013 and as a Developer at Slide from August 2008 to April 2010. Marcus Phillips earned a degree from the University of Southern California between 1999 and 2005.
