Ashley Mitchell

Ashley Mitchell is a Process Development Engineer II at Hologic, Inc., with extensive experience in biotechnology and laboratory practices. Beginning a career rooted in scientific research and development, Ashley advanced through several positions at Hologic since June 2017, including roles as Process Development Engineer, Process Development Chemist II, and Oligonucleotide Chemist. Prior to joining Hologic, Ashley worked as a Barista at The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and an Assistant Laboratory Technician at the University of San Diego, where laboratory procedures and research on ion regulatory mechanisms were key responsibilities.
