Bert Spatzier

Bert Spatzier is currently the Manager of Human Resources Operations for the DACH Region & Russia at Hologic, Inc., where they serve as the first point of contact for all employee HR-related inquiries and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to integrate new business operations. Previously, Bert held positions as Human Resources Director at Neovia Logistics and Manager of Operations at Rolls-Royce, where they managed teams and oversaw operational and strategic HR initiatives. Bert's earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at Eaton and Teamlead at Philip Morris International, contributing to overall HR management and leadership development across diverse sectors. Bert earned a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration and Management from Helmut Schmidt Universität and completed summer courses in International Business at Arizona State University.
