Bobby Hampton

Bobby Hampton currently serves as Assistant IP Counsel at Hologic, Inc. since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Counsel and Senior Associate at WilmerHale from June 2023 to October 2025, and Judicial Law Clerk at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from April 2022 to April 2023. Earlier in the career, Bobby worked as an Associate at Fish & Richardson P.C. from October 2018 to March 2022 and completed a Summer Associate role at McDermott Will & Emery's Intellectual Property Group in summer 2016. Bobby gained practical experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at L'Oréal and a Research Intern at Technische Universität in 2016.
