Carol Bryson

Carol Bryson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of HR Operations EMEA & Canada at Hologic, Inc. since January 2018, after previously holding the role of HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Carol worked at The Rockport Company as Senior HR Manager Europe, managing the transition of employees from the adidas Group. Carol has held various HR leadership positions at Jet2.com, where responsibilities included overall HR operations and supporting colleague development, and adidas Group, contributing to HR management and training across several functions. Carol's career began at SCT International as UK HR Manager, where strategic HR initiatives were developed and implemented across Europe. Carol’s educational background includes attendance at Reddish Vale Secondary School.
