Charbel Aziz is an experienced technical support and field services professional with extensive expertise in the installation, training, and repair of a wide range of research and analytical equipment. Currently serving as Area Service Lead for Hologic, Inc. in Eastern Canada since April 2015, Charbel previously held the position of Senior Field Services Engineer. Prior to that, Charbel worked as a Customer Service Representative at VWR INTERNATIONAL and as Technical Support Team Lead at Gulf Scientific Corporation and CARETEK S.AL. Charbel possesses compliance certifications as an engineer from Waters Corporation and Agilent Technologies and is factory trained on Luminex Diagnostic systems and Affymetrix microarray scanners. Charbel holds two Bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Toronto and the Lebanese University - Faculty of Engineering.
