Chris Fahey

Chris Fahey currently serves as the Sr Director of Security Architecture Engineering and Identity at Hologic, Inc. since May 2023. Previously held positions include Director of Security Operations at Biogen from February 2019 to May 2023, and Security Operations Manager at Partners HealthCare from February 2014 to February 2019, managing various Information Security programs. Chris also contributed as Vice President of the Walpole Youth Sports Foundation, focusing on youth outdoor sports in Massachusetts, from January 2013 to February 2019. Earlier experience includes roles at Harvard University as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer and Information Security Specialist, as well as serving as a Senior Information Security Advisor at Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP, and a Senior Information Security Consultant at Competitive Edge Services. Chris began a career in IT security as a Network Administrator/Consultant at eliot montessori school. Educational background includes a degree from Northeastern University from 2002 to 2008.
