David Stephenson

David Stephenson is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Hologic, Inc. since April 2015, responsibilities include overseeing engineering, planning, production, shipping, and purchasing. Prior to this, David held the position of Director/VP of Operations at Exergen Corporation from 2000 to 2003, where direct accountability for all operations was maintained within a leading company in infrared thermometers and sensors. Earlier in the career, David worked at CR Bard from 1982 to 1999, progressing through multiple roles including Operations Manager, with a focus on inventory control, materials management, and manufacturing. David's education includes studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the University of Southern New Hampshire.
