Emily Pollard

Emily Pollard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and training coordination within diverse sectors. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Events at Hologic, Inc. since April 2018, Emily has progressed from Events Associate to Training Coordinator in the organization. Prior experience includes working as a Training Coordinator at Cambridge Savings Bank, where Emily managed logistical aspects of company-wide learning programs. Earlier in the career at Pollard Search Group, a national retained executive search firm, responsibilities included supporting senior executive searches in the Restaurant and Hospitality industry. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Westfield State University, obtained in December 2016.
